I started this whole process with a couple AGM batteries but quickly realized I wanted something with a much larger lifespan. I also wanted more capacity, so I went with a Chins 12v 300ah battery.
Here are also the batteries that I've come across for review that I recommend.
GoKwh 12v 100ah Lifepo4 Battery
GoKwh has a 12v budget battery that can perform. It passed the capacity test and I was able to pull over 200A! It does have a weird LCD display embedded in the battery case which is good to see voltage, but I wouldn't rely on the battery capacity percentage since it's not a true shunt monitor. I my opinion this battery has some flaws so I don't want to promote it.
Here is an updated battery that really fits the bill! This one I can definitely say is a good product. It has low temp protection and
Bluetooth.

Our 12V 50Ah lithium battery has 640Wh energy (12.8V×50Ah×100%DOD=640Wh ), which is close to the real energy of 12V 100Ah lead-acid battery (12V×100Ah×60%DOD=720Wh), as the depth of discharge (DOD) of lead-acid is about 60%. It means 12V 100Ah lead-acid battery can run an 80W load nonstop for 9hrs while 8hrs as our 12V 50Ah battery can. And it takes 10-20hrs to fully charge a 100Ah lead-acid battery while 1-2.5hrs of our battery. How efficient!

The battery is also user servicable and has great customer service. Please remember the SOK heated battery CAN NOT be connected in series due to the heating elements and how the BMS works. In the first video I did a capacity test and was surprised I didn't get more.
In this second video I put the SOK 12v Lifepo4 battery to the test and did it perform! I was pulling so many amps from the battery that I thought something has to be wrong. This battery can really throw out the power!
